Currently, there are 253 waterfront homes for sale ranging in price from just under $500,000 up to just shy of $10,000,000. This past November, there were 24 waterfront homes that sold. Did you know that there are approximately 160 beachfront condos for sale on Marco Island? The current pricing starts under $300,000! This past November, there were 8 sales on beachfront condos and so far this year there have been 152 beachfront condos on Marco Island that have sold. Hello Everyone,

Today we thought we would share some of the September statistics regarding sales in Marco Island. September, 2016 had 24 home sales compared to 29 home sales in September, 2015. Don’t forget that late August and September are the slowest time of year for real estate due to the weather as well as kids going back to school. Of the 24 sales in Marco Island, 9 were inland homes, 9 were waterfront homes with indirect access out to the Gulf of Mexico, and 6 were direct access waterfront homes. The average sale prices for the month were as follows:

9 inland homes: $601,667
9 indirect access homes:$641,833
6 direct access homes: $1,440,288

Good morning,

Today we wanted to share with you the September sales report for condos on Marco Island. This September, there were 34 total sales totaling a little over $12 million. This is a little behind last year where we saw 45 total sales in September, 2015 and similar to September, 2014 when we saw 36 September sales. Of the 34 sales on Marco Island last month, 10 were beachfront properties, 13 were inland properties, and 11 were waterfront properties. 

The average price of the sales were as follows:

Beachfront condos: $646,800
Inland condos: $248,738
Waterfront condos: $288,571

Hello Everyone,

We wanted to take a moment today and let you know about the latest sales report in Lely Resort. For those of you that don’t know, Lely Resort is on the south side of Naples. Residents and guests of this community love the location as they are only 10 minutes from downtown Naples and 15 minutes from Marco Island. In addition, this community has seen a ton of growth in its surrounding area including multiple new restaurants, added lanes on the main road and a new box store just to name a few. This past September, there were 15 total sales in Lely. Sales priced this month ranged from the low $200s up to the mid $500s with an average sales price just over $356,000. October Sales Report – Verona Walk

Have you ever been to Verona Walk? If not, you sure should make the trip into the community because we are certain that you will walk out quite impressed. This DiVosta community was mostly developed within the last 12 years. The community has an array of styles of homes including single family, townhomes and carraige style homes. Currently, there are 62 homes on the market ranging in price from $279,900 up to just under $600,000. In the past 90 days, there have been 14 sales in the community with an average list price of about $366,000 and an average sales price just over $351,000.
