We wanted to take a moment today and let you know about the latest sales report in Lely Resort. For those of you that don’t know, Lely Resort is on the south side of Naples. Residents and guests of this community love the location as they are only 10 minutes from downtown Naples and 15 minutes from Marco Island. In addition, this community has seen a ton of growth in its surrounding area including multiple new restaurants, added lanes on the main road and a new box store just to name a few. This past September, there were 15 total sales in Lely. Sales priced this month ranged from the low $200s up to the mid $500s with an average sales price just over $356,000.
