Today we wanted to feature The Mutiny of Marco, one of our many condominium buildings here on Marco Island. Built in 1979 the Mutiny of Marco is a smaller complex with just 35 units. The units in here are all two bedroom units and they are built to surround the pool which is in the middle of the development. The units are about 1,000 square feet. The condominium is also home to a tennis/pickleball court and has a bike rack for all owners and guests to enjoy. One of the best perks about the Mutiny of Marco is its proximity to the beach. Getting to the beach from here is a piece of cake. All you need to do is walk to the building next door and cross the street and you will be on the beach in minutes. We hope that you had a wonderful summer. Today we wanted to take a moment and feature another beautiful complex here on the island, Riverside. Riverside is home to 275 units spread out across 6 connecting buildings. The units in here come in two floorplans. The first is one bedroom, one bath and 800 square feet. The second is one bedroom, two bath and 1,000 square feet. The complex has two large pools on site as well. The best part about Riverside though is the location. Today we wanted to take a few moments and speak about the Estuary I complex in beautiful Marco Island, Florida. This complex is in the middle of a beautiful renovation to the exterior of each of the buildings in which the siding has been taken off and new stucco has been applied. The units in this complex are two and three bedrooms and they are quite spacious inside. The Estuary complex is conveniently located just a few miles from the beaches on sunny Marco Island as well as close to Goodland! The complex also has a beautiful community pool located in the center of the complex for all to enjoy.
