San Marco Residences – Featured Community

Hello Everyone,

Today we want to take a moment and talk about San Marco Residences. This complex surely won’t disappoint! San Marco Residences is a 6 floor building and is home to our main office. Located at 291 South Collier Boulevard on Marco Island, once you pull in to the building you are in for a treat. The complex is located directly across the street from one of Marco Island’s beach access points so getting to the beach is a breeze! No car necessary which means no sand going in and out of the car! The community at San Marco Residences is gated and the complex just put new pavers in out back within the past few years. Also, the complex just resurfaced its tennis court and put up a new fence. They also striped the tennis court so that pickle ball enthusiasts could enjoy as well. Condos – South Seas

Beginning this week we are going to begin a series in which we feature a different condominium or development. This week, we are going to begin with South Seas. South Seas is a beautiful gated community located on the north end of Marco Island’s crescent beach. This complex consists of high rise units, mid rise units and garden units.

There are four high rise towers and they are broken down into two associations. The major difference between the two is that Towers 1 & 2 allow 30 day minimums on their rentals while Towers 3 & 4 allow weekly rentals. 

The mid rise and garden units are also in two separate associations. South Seas East has three mid rise buildings and the surrounding garden units. South Seas North has one mid rise building and the surrounding garden units.
