Today we wanted to take a moment and share with you the recent trends in beachfront condominium sales here on Marco Island. This January, there were 16 sales. This is right on par with the last few years as you can see in the graph below. The selling price varied greatly this month with the low end sale being $395,000 and the high end at $3,650,000.
