Prices are continuing to rise! The median sales price of a home in Marco Island has jumped over $40,000 from last year and now is a little over $475,000 according to the October 2015 Multiple Listing Service statistics. That jump comes out to a shade under 10%. In addition to prices being up, inventory is down from last year by about 16% as well.
