We wanted to give you a fall report on waterfront homes here in Marco Island. As a reminder, there are two types of waterfront homes in Marco Island, direct access and indirect access. The difference between the two is that if you have direct access, there are no bridges to go under to reach open water. With indirect access, you will go under a bridge to reach open water.
Currently, there are 225 homes for sale that fall under one of these two categories. Over the past 3 months, there have been 55 sales of waterfront homes. Take a look at how this year compares to other recent years!
