Today we want to take a moment and talk about San Marco Residences. This complex surely won’t disappoint! San Marco Residences is a 6 floor building and is home to our main office. Located at 291 South Collier Boulevard on Marco Island, once you pull in to the building you are in for a treat. The complex is located directly across the street from one of Marco Island’s beach access points so getting to the beach is a breeze! No car necessary which means no sand going in and out of the car! The community at San Marco Residences is gated and the complex just put new pavers in out back within the past few years. Also, the complex just resurfaced its tennis court and put up a new fence. They also striped the tennis court so that pickle ball enthusiasts could enjoy as well.
