Beginning this week we are going to begin a series in which we feature a different condominium or development. This week, we are going to begin with South Seas. South Seas is a beautiful gated community located on the north end of Marco Island’s crescent beach. This complex consists of high rise units, mid rise units and garden units.
There are four high rise towers and they are broken down into two associations. The major difference between the two is that Towers 1 & 2 allow 30 day minimums on their rentals while Towers 3 & 4 allow weekly rentals.
The mid rise and garden units are also in two separate associations. South Seas East has three mid rise buildings and the surrounding garden units. South Seas North has one mid rise building and the surrounding garden units.
