Today we wanted to spend a moment and let you know how our market did last month. In Marco Island, there were a total of 94 closed sales in April. There were 34 single family homes, 51 multi-family units and 9 lots that sold. Seeing the 34 closed sales on single family homes was great because this was the highest total by month this year There were 16 sales in January, 33 in February and 24 in March, 2016. As a comparison to past years, here are the statistics from the past few years for single family homes closing in April:

2014: 65
2013: 49
2012: 50
2011: 41
2010: 39
