Today we wanted to share with you our 2016 year end report for beachfront condominium sales here in Marco Island. We hope that you can use this information to help with your next purchase or sale! In 2016, there were 177 total sales of beachfront condos and they sold for an average of $793,901. They sales price was about 93% of asking price. As you will see in the graph below, 2016 was slightly off the pace of the past few years but still well within the normal average.
